Chris Gorgolis is a hospitality industry professional with over 20 years of experience across hotel operations, hospitality technology, and consulting. His career began in 1984 following his graduation from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association, where he later earned the prestigious C.H.A. (Certified Hotel Administrator) designation, followed by an MBA in Finance.
He has held key management positions in leading luxury hotel brands in Greece, including Athens Hilton, Athens Ledra Marriott, Porto Carras Grand Resort, and Hotel Grande Bretagne. Chris also served as Sales & Marketing Director for major hotel software companies in Greece, leading commercial strategy and market expansion initiatives.
In 2004, he founded BELL Hospitality Consultants, providing strategic, operational, and compliance-driven solutions to hotels and resorts across Greece. Since 2006, he has specialized in HACCP and ISO 22000 systems as a certified Lead Auditor, supporting hospitality businesses in achieving high standards of quality, safety, and performance.
