On 1st September 2005 the first International Standards ISO 22000:2005 published under the title “Systems for Foods Assurance Handling” that may apply in these firms dealing in any form with the production and/or trade of foods and beverages. The above mention ISO 22000:2005 stands in use for the whole chain of foods the animal foods included.
The ISO 22000:2005 is directed to form a unique platform the special standards will satisfy the quality demands set by all nations for sake of one uniform Certificate covering the worldwide H.A.C.C.P Systems applications.
Under the code 22000:2005 regulations in general we are trying to combine the demands of two subsystems a) the one concerning the rules for handling and hygiene safety for foods and beverages storage H.A.C.C.P. And b) that concerning the demands for handling of the quality ISO9001:2008.
The International Standard numbered as ISO 22000:2005 as a commonly accepted accreditation model for the systems of handling and assuring the foods and beverages storage is near to become a centre systems so as to avoid probably confusions for past HACCP systems. And applying in the food chain give us a value added as system today.
